Terms of Service
We value clear expectations. These terms outline how we engage with you when designing infrastructure, digital experiences, or automation flows. Every project is supported by a tailored agreement; these terms provide the foundation.
1. Services
Red Pill Labs offers hosting stewardship, web and product experience design, AI-driven communication flows, and related consulting. Each engagement specifies scope, deliverables, and success measures in writing before work begins.
2. Engagement rhythm
Projects begin with a discovery session to clarify needs. We then share a proposal with scope, timeline, pricing, and assumptions. Once accepted, we schedule regular check-ins, provide transparent progress notes, and document every major decision.
3. Fees & payment
Pricing is either fixed-fee, milestone-based, or subscription, depending on the nature of the work. Payment schedules are detailed in the project agreement and invoices are due within 15 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause ongoing work until resolved.
4. Ownership
You own the assets we create for you once all invoices are settled. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, and reusable components. We provide export kits and documentation so you can self-manage or invite another partner seamlessly.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all information you share as confidential. Team members and collaborators granted access are bound by confidentiality agreements. We do not disclose project details without your written consent.
6. Availability & support
We aim for 99.9% uptime on managed hosting engagements and respond to production-impacting issues within agreed SLAs. Outside support windows, you can reach us via the contact details in your runbook.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific engagement. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or issues arising from third-party platforms you direct us to use.
8. Ending an engagement
Either party may terminate a project according to the notice period in the statement of work. We provide transition support, data exports, and access handover to ensure continuity.
9. Updates to these terms
We refine these terms periodically. The latest version will always live on this page. Significant updates are communicated to active clients in writing.
