These terms govern work done by Redpill Labs, including dedicated hosting, conversion websites, and AI systems built for client engagements.
Engagement Structure & 50/50 Payment
Every engagement with Redpill Labs begins with a clear scope, timeline, and flat transparent pricing. We use a simple 50/50 payment model: a 50% deposit to begin your project, and the remaining 50% balance only after you test and approve your live working preview. Invoices may be settled in USD via corporate card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or domestic bank transfer (US ACH, UK Faster Payments, SEPA).
100% Code & Data Ownership
Once your final balance is settled, your business owns 100% of all deliverables: custom website templates, AI prompts, configuration files, and database schemas. There are zero proprietary locks or data hostage fees. You may continue hosting on our managed Dedicated Core™ or migrate your containerized stack anywhere.
Hosting Service & Stewardship
Clients enrolled in Redpill Dedicated Core™ receive dedicated compute resources with zero shared CPU contention. Managed hosting includes continuous uptime monitoring, automated daily encrypted backups, and white-glove maintenance updates within 24 hours of request.
